Community Wi Fi Network Design Installation and Management Services

The vendor is required to provide community wi-fi network design, installation and management services for include:
•    Identify and source fiber access; and 
•    Design and install an antennae system for placement on various public and private structures; and 
•    Secure all necessary permissions for antenna placement to include state historic preservation office approval, as needed; and 
•    Meet local code standards; and
•    Provide open public access along main street, springs (general area map on last page); and 
•    Purchase equipment awaiting reimbursement; and 
•    Install and manage the wireless network for five (5) years beyond the installation; and 
•    Cost must include maintenance, upkeep of equipment and licensing fees providing daily, year-round support for five (5) years; and 
•    Provide wi-fi access in the area at no cost to residents, businesses, the village nor agency during the five (5) term, time-period.
