Library Network Infrastructure Services

The vendor required to provide library network infrastructure services for include:
- The library is seeking pricing for 1, 3 and 5 years for the following wireless and networking hardware and any required licenses and subscriptions for the library locations:
•    Qty 6 – cisco Meraki mx85-hw firewall or equivalent
•    Qty 6 – cisco Meraki mx85-hw advanced security licenses and support, or equivalent.
•    Qty 4 - cisco Meraki mx95-hw firewall or equivalent
•    Qty 4 - cisco Meraki mx95-hw advanced security licenses and support, or equivalent.
•    Qty 11 - cisco Meraki ms130-24p-hw 24-port switch or equivalent
•    Qty 11 - cisco Meraki ms130-24p enterprise licenses and support, or equivalent.
•    Qty 22 - cisco Meraki mr36-hw access points or equivalent
•    Qty 20 - cisco Meraki mr44-hw access points or equivalent
•    Qty 42 - cisco MR enterprise licenses and support.
- The library is also seeking pricing 1, 3 and 5 years for two additional access points at the west library to improve wireless coverage in two areas. 
- The library only needs pricing for the equipment, physical installation, and two data lines. 
- No lifts are required for installing the access points in the ceiling:
1. Additional access point in the staff area
•    Qty 1 cisco Meraki MR 56 access point or equivalent
•    Qty 1 cisco Meraki MR enterprise licenses and support for 3 years
•    Cat 6 ethernet cable from IDF closet to ceiling in staff area, approx. 60 ft run
2. Additional access point to outdoor patio area
•    Qty 1 cisco Meraki mr86 access point or equivalent
•    Qty 1 cisco Meraki MR enterprise licenses and support for 3 years
•    Cat 6 ethernet cable from IDF closet to ceiling in patio area, approx. 70 ft run.
