E Rate Eligible Wide Area Network Services

The Vendor is required to provide for Wide Area Network (WAN) services for E-Rate Funding Year 26 (2026-2027).
- Office that are currently connected by a fully managed private WAN connected via 10 Gbps.
- The services must include:
•    Provisioning, installation, and configuration of all necessary equipment to establish wan connections to 19 locations (see network diagram provided within the e-procurement portal).
•    Network transport services with a minimum of 10 Gbps of dedicated bandwidth between each of the district's locations.
•    The two high schools feed the rest of the school locations and should each have a 10 GB drain, and central office is connected to both high schools and alternative locations in the town (town hall and transportation/maintenance) should have a 5 GB drain.
•    24/7/365 network monitoring, management, and maintenance.
•    Troubleshooting and resolving all service outages, including working with outside contractors if necessary. Complete support of any and all hardware supplied.
•    Comprehensive monthly reporting on network performance, utilization, and service availability.
•    The district's helpdesk must have access to monitoring tools and reports.
