The Vendor is required to provide phone and internet services are used for daily business needs including but not limited to, business applications, email, website hosting, public meeting streaming, social media alerts, and emergency communications.
- There is a need to maintain as much up-time as possible and provide workarounds where physically possible during failures.
- WAN services are directions between locations.
- Essential governmental services, it is imperative to maintain communications with the general public 24/7 with highly reliable telecommunications systems
- Overview
• Maintain current configuration with the ability to make minor changes as business requirements change while maintaining cost controls, i.e. increasing bandwidth between locations, adding telephone numbers, or adding and removing locations.
• Modernize existing telecommunications infrastructure.
• Improve reliability, resiliency, and business continuity
• Support future technology changes within defined budget constraints.
• Maintain continuous, 24x7 communication with the public and internal staff.
