The Vendor is required to provide and deliver office supplies to the county.
• Orders shall be placed on an as-needed basis.
• Contractor shall provide free next-day delivery with no minimum order requirement.
- There shall be no charges or fees for delivery services. This includes, but is not limited to, the following fees:
• Delivery fee
• Handling fee
• Fuel fee
• Transport fee
• Any other delivery-related costs
- Online ordering system
• The system shall include, but not limited, to the following features:
• Ability to change passwords frequently, as desired, for agency protection and security.
• Ability to have numerous logins for employees to order supplies online and approval by general service’s staff before order is placed.
• Ability to print detailed purchase orders as many times as required and ability to retrieve all previous orders.
• When ordering, the ability to separate supply orders by cost center or department.
• Contractor invoices shall be separated by cost center or department.
• Invoices shall be submitted twice a month.
• Internet ordering and dedicated customer service department located in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
• Full maintenance privileges to add or delete cost centers or departments.
• Online returns with email acknowledgement
• Agency shall have the option to email supply orders until 5:30pm (PST) and/or order online.
• Agency will have access to create custom stamps and have they delivered next day.
