The Vendor is required to provide to establish a cooperative purchasing contract to meet the needs of school districts, municipalities, and other non-profit organizations for office and school supplies and multi-purpose paper.
- Provide for office and school supplies, bidders must offer a fixed discount(s) off retail prices or prices in a commercially available catalog, which may be for the entire catalog or broken down by category, manufacturer or products lines.
