The Vendor is required to provide office supplies and related products including but not limited to:
1. Office supplies:
• Core consumables such as writing instruments, correction products, adhesives, fasteners, and clips; filing and organizational products including folders, binders, labels, and storage solutions; paper products including copy paper, notebooks, pads, and envelopes; mailing and shipping supplies; desk accessories; break room and convenience supplies; and promotional and novelty materials
2. School and education supplies:
• Classroom consumables and specialty papers; art and craft supplies; student supplies including calculators, rulers, and organizational tools; teacher and classroom resources; bulletin board and display materials; manipulatives and hands-on learning tools; physical education supplies; early childhood, special education, and science consumables; and any other product supporting instruction or student learning in a k-12 or higher education environment
3. Janitorial supplies:
• Cleaning chemicals and disinfectants; commercial paper products and associated dispensing equipment; hand soap, sanitizer, and personal hygiene products; trash liners, bags, and waste receptacles; floor care products and equipment; restroom care and air freshening systems; cleaning tools including mops, brooms, microfiber products, and scrubbers; institutional laundry products; and cleaning related personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety eyewear
4. Technology:
• Personal computers, laptops, tablets, and Chromebook; monitors and display equipment; network hardware including routers, switches, and wireless access points; printers, scanners, and output devices; peripherals including keyboards, mice, webcams, headsets, and docking stations; data storage products; cables, adapters, and connectivity accessories; ergonomic technology accessories; interactive displays, projectors, and presentation technology; software licensing and subscriptions; and charging solutions and power accessories
5. Furniture:
• Desking solutions including standard and sit-stand configurations; seating including task, ergonomic, guest, and collaborative options; conference and meeting room furniture; filing and storage solutions; panel and systems furniture; common area, lounge, and outdoor furniture; library and collaborative learning space furniture; and specialty furniture for healthcare, laboratory, and educational environments
6. Copy and print:
• Multifunction devices (MFDS) and managed print services (MPS); standalone and wide-format printers; production printing equipment; print supplies including toner, ink, and imaging components; specialty print media; and device maintenance and service
7. Break room and beverage:
• Coffee, tea, and hot beverage products and equipment; water and beverage dispensing systems; single-serve and traditional brewing equipment; beverage supplies including cups, lids, and creamers; breakroom appliances; disposable and reusable breakroom supplies including plates, cutlery, and napkins; and snacks and food items.
- Related services including but not limited to:
1. E-procurement and systems integration:
• Punch out catalog setup, EDI ordering, ERP and eProcurement platform connectivity, electronic invoicing, and spend reporting
2. Installation and design solutions:
• Site assessment, space planning, product installation and configuration, project management, staff orientation, and ongoing maintenance.
