Wallpaper Removal and Painting Service

The vendor is required to provide that wallpaper removal and painting service for the purchase of materials needed.
- To remove all the existing wallpaper, prep and paint the walls and trim with equivalent latex paint with standard color.
- The county encompasses 416 square miles, serving a population of approximately 95,000.
- The approximate square footage of the second floor is 7500 square feet and approximate square footage of the board room is 3600 square footages.
- Materials and work procedures must comply with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
- Responsible for the moving of all furniture, filing cabinets, etc. and putting them back in place.
- provide primer, paint, equipment, labor, supervision, and all other necessary supplies to perform the work.
- Responsible for the removal of all wallpaper and make all repairs to drywall ensuring that the painting surfaces are free from dust, oil, grease, dirt, mildew, and other materials and properly prepare the surface to receive the paint, ensuring complete and even coverage and adequate adhesion of the paint to the surface.
- Paint all the walls and the trim around the doors and windows with equivalent latex paint with standard color used by the county.
