Painting Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive painting and drywall repair services for the town on an as-needed basis.
- Services shall be available for all Town-owned properties and facilities, and may include both scheduled and emergency work.
- Services include:
• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation (e.g., sanding, patching, priming, pressure washing)
• Drywall installation, patching, and repair
• Caulking and sealing
• Application of protective coatings as required
• Post-project cleanup and disposal of materials in accordance with local regulations
• Providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to complete each task safely and efficiently.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
