Pharmacy Benefit Administration Services

The vendor is required to provide that administrative services for the district’s pharmacy benefits.
-Service including but not limited to the following:
•Claims administration
•Assistance to agency in monitoring and navigating pending legislative initiatives, state insurance regulations and reporting requirements
•RX formulary and retail network
•Mail order and specialty programs
•Data reporting
•Pricing administration
•Member support services including quality and functionality of member website and mobile app.
