- Provide a brief company history indicating length of time responder has been in business, any previous business names responder has operated under, and any ancillary areas of business responder currently.
- Any product quality, performance, or satisfaction guarantees from a customer service standpoint.
- For service vendors, proposals requiring software licensing or other larger implementations, please include a microsoft word copy of your standard terms of service.
- Agency infuse will use these to identify any problematic areas for government facilities and better inform contracting discussions.
