The vendor required to provide medical and pharmacy plans services for include:
- Medical
•    The administration of self-funded medical benefit services for the plan year effective October 1, 2026.
•    Provide a clear, concise, and comprehensive description of the organization’s capabilities, operational processes, and financial offerings in support.
•    Complete written responses to all questions must be submitted electronically in MS excel or word format.
- Pharmacy
•    The administration of prescription drug (RX) benefit to obtain.
•    Provide a clear, concise, and comprehensive description of the organization’s capabilities, operational processes, and financial offerings in support of the plan sponsor’s requirements
•    Supplemental materials (e.g., marketing materials, program descriptions, network details) should be attached in the proposal tech system.
