Medical, Pharmacy, and Stop Loss Coverage Administrative Services

The vendor required to provide medical, pharmacy, and stop loss coverage administrative services that can quality health care services in a cost-effective manner.
- Requirement:
•    Currently pharmacy is carved in with medical, but the city will consider carving pharmacy out to a separate vendor. 
•    Separate medical and pharmacy quotes are requested 
•    Stop loss coverage will be included, but the city reserves the right to carve out stop loss at any time. 
•    Stop loss quotes are not being requested at this time due to the early timing.
•    Services include HSA administration, dental and vision administration for limited retiree group, administration of self-pay retiree dependents.
