Pharmaceutical Blister Pack and Label Supply Services

The Vendor is required to provide blister cards, sealing paddles, and pharmacy labels for the department pharmacy to support the packaging, storage, and dispensing of medication to individuals incarcerated within state correctional facilities.
- Requirements
1. Ensure that all pharmaceutical supplies, components, and services meet the specification requirements of department pharmacy equipment, including DOSIS:
•    Specific cold packaging blister cards, 32 dose medium;
•    Specific cold packaging lids, 32 dose;
•    Appropriate prescription labels non-perforated; and
•    Appropriate prescription labels perforated for bypass printer.
2. Supply the following blister cards and components:
•    1 piece, medium heat sealed blister card 30 doses, 500 per case;
•    1 piece, large heat sealed blister card 30 doses, 500 per case;
•    1 piece, x-large heat sealed blister card 30 doses, 500 per case;
•    1 piece, heat sealed blister card 60 doses, 250 per case;
•    2 cards, sealing paddle, unit 32 each;
•    2 cards, sealing paddle, unit 62 each; and
•    Heat sealer for sealing heat sealed blister packs, which can accommodate two cards, and fit on desktop.
