The Vendor is required to provide online program management (OPM) supplier to support the development, launch, and provide ongoing management of an online pathway of its doctor of pharmacy (pharmd) program.
1. Marketing, recruitment, and enrollment management
• Market research and demand analysis specific to pharmd and health professions education.
• Development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, search, social, and outreach).
• Processes used for lead generation and conversion strategies (i.e. Applicant pipeline management and yield optimization).
• Strategies for recruiting non-traditional, rural, and geographically diverse students.
• Explain which of these services is conducted in-house and which are outsourced to a third party.
2. Instructional design and online course development
• A description of the overall instructional design model and course development process, including:
• Instructional design team would work with university faculty subject matter experts.
• The process for developing asynchronous and synchronous learning components.
• Active learning, assessment strategies, and student engagement tools are incorporated into synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Any limits to the hours of instructional design support per course or limits on the number of courses supported by the instructional design team.
• Assurance that all courses are developed and delivered within the university’s canvas LMS (or clearly describe any alternative platform requirements).
3. Student success and retention support
• Academic advising and coaching models (if applicable).
• Early alert systems and intervention strategies (if applicable).
• Technical support and onboarding for online learners.
• Engagement strategies, outside of the coursework, tailored to professional and nontraditional students.
• Data analytics and reporting on student engagement and outcomes.
4. Faculty support and resource development
• Faculty training and onboarding for online instruction
• Ongoing faculty support and professional development.
• Guidance on workload optimization and course delivery models.
• Process to assist university in sourcing instructional or adjunct faculty.
