The Vendor is required to provide pharmacy services for include:
• Enrollment or active registration as a 340b contract pharmacy with agency under applicable health resources and services administration (HRSA) guidelines
• Dispensing of 340b-eligible medications to agency patients at 340b acquisition cost, consistent with program requirements
• Operation of a staffed retail pharmacy location within the city of limits.
• Home delivery of 340b-eligible medications to patients within county, with secure and confidential delivery practices
• Coordination with agency clinical staff on prior authorizations, medication synchronization, and patient adherence support
• Implementation and maintenance of a split-billing software system compatible with agency dispensing and patient management workflows
• Accurate and timely reporting of dispensing activity, inventory, and program savings in a format acceptable to agency
• Patient counseling and pharmacist consultation services at the point of dispensing
• Compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, HRSA 340b program requirements, and agency policies.
