- Focus should be on fire and safety hazards, faulty architectural design and engineering, and code violations.
- The selected firm will need to have qualified staff available including electrical, civil, mechanical, plumbing, and structural, engineers, and architects.
- The process will entail reviewing documents including contracts, work orders plans and certifications, permits, construction meeting minutes, correspondence, and such other documentation as it deems necessary.
