The vendor is required to provide record retention schedule tool to routinely update and keep our organizational retention schedule compliant with ever changing laws and regulations.
- The tool that is selected to support district records retention schedule must be approved by the district enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and support teams. Must be compatible with the current district environment
- Provider must have a proven delivery record with notable companies in the same or similar domain, size, and industry.
- Provider must implement scheduling tool within the agreed to amount of time.
- Provider must deliver training and training materials to agency prior to 2 weeks of training sessions; agency will approve training material as needed.
- Provider must provide agency with five – read/write licenses and unlimited read only licenses must be transferable as needed.
- providers’ platform must have the ability to research state, local, and federal laws and alert agency to changes to determine how changes will affect agency records retention schedule.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
