Record Retention and Storage Services

The Vendor is required to provide continuing services effective July retention and storage of medical records and information for field services.
- Currently about 300 boxes of records. 
- Needs to be stored in climate-controlled storage for hard copies of medical records. 
- Must also be prepared to move existing boxes.
- Record Storage Retention
• Must poses the ability to store and possibly transport over 300 boxes of medical files.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
