Electronic Patient Records Services

The vendor required to provide electronic patient records services to effective management that ensures fairness, transparency, and fiscal responsibility when conducting its procurement activities.
- Project planning, design and quality control
•    Project schedule, including: milestones, critical paths, including meetings and significant deliverables; 
•    Project communication plan; 
•    Project quality control framework to ensure the project is completed according to the defined, proposed budget and time-frame; 
•    Any timing constraints associated with data collection; and 
•    A comprehensive implementation plans
- Implementation
•    Installation, data migration (if applicable), including mapping and import of historical data into new system, post migration report confirming the quality and integrity of the data migrated.
•    Configuration, customization and design, solution set up, including calibration of compliance rules and quality assurance workflows.
•    Provide recommendations for improvements where opportunities arise.
•    Validation testing (i.e., testing log, issues and resolutions). 
•    Implementation support (i.e., develop processes, procedures and system documentation, training).
•    Integration setup, connection and testing. 
•    User acceptance testing (UAT) pre-live testing prior to go-live.
•    Related documentation.
- System acceptance
•    Provisional acceptance will occur at “go-live” at each phase of implementation. 
•    HQPS will verify the performance under standard operating conditions.
•    HQPS will test the software to ensure it operates in real scenarios according to specifications over a 30-day period.
- Transition-out
•    Provide transition out support to HQPS including usable copies of all information stored within the solution. 
•    This information may include but is not limited to transferring records to a new electronic patient care record ePCR solution at the discretion of HQPS.
