The Vendor is required to provide Offsite Record Storage may include storage of district physical records and providing storage supplies, archiving services, document classification, organization, retrieval, transportation delivery/pick-up services, destruction, and/or scanning services.
- Records may be in any form or format including paper, film, disks, or digital media.
- This records and information management system must permit access to the Customer’s inventory of physical records for the purpose of tracking, monitoring status, maintaining an automated inventory and database of the Customers’ digital scans, retrieving records, account management, and notifications including emails, invoicing, and reporting.
- The Official Records Custodian or designee will conduct an on-site briefing for new work assignments to the Contractor with methodology of the job, associated hazards, reminder of safe practices, and ensure all work related certifications and forms are current.
- The Official Records Custodian or designee, will monitor, instruct, and coordinate work activities and provide feedback to Procurement for corrective action on any discrepancies or product defects.
