Vital Records Interoperability Project Services

The Vendor is required to provide vital records related fast healthcare interoperability resource (FHIR) messaging standards including, but not only the following FHIR standards; VRDR FHIR IG STU 2 and BFDR FHIR IG STU 2.
- Build and test all relevant rhapsody routes and messages to center and other jurisdictions.
1. Outgoing and incoming center and jurisdiction FHIR messages from agency network folders to rhapsody to center rest API +
•    Construction and testing (including conversion from IJE file format to relevant FHIR file format)
•    Stage QA testing
•    Production deployment and testing
2. Incoming FHIR messages center rest API to agency rhapsody FHIR route to agency network folders
•    Construction and testing (including conversion to relevant IJE file format from relevant FHIR file format.)
•    State QA testing
•    Production deployment and testing
- Process IJE notifications + process center FHIR messages returned includes:
•    Processing schedule
•    Message archive
•    Message parsing to database.
