The Vendor is required to provide a storage facility for the storage and barcode tracking of boxes for the Office.
- Services shall include pickup/delivery, barcoding, filing, tracking, and storing of between approximately 4,000 and 6,000 archive/banker boxes with dimensions of 10” H x 12” W x 15” D.
- Provide Pick-Up, Barcode & File services for new inventory received from office on a bi-monthly (every-other month) or as-needed basis.
- Provide physical inventory reports of the barcode tracking identifier that corresponds with the Division box identifier within 5 business days of receiving the full inventory.
- Provide Standard Pull & Deliver services within a 24-hour turnaround time of request.
- Provide Rush Pull & Deliver services within two hours of request [if requested prior to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST)].
- Provide Standard Pick-Up & Re-File services within a 48-hour turn-around time of request.
- Provide all pick-up and delivery services during normal business hours; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, accept State holidays.
- Provide office staff with access to a Barcode Tracking System to request pick-up and delivery. For each box stored under this Agreement, the system shall:
• Be computer-based & web-enabled;
• Contain the barcode;
• Contain the Division box identifier associated with the barcode;
• Contain the status (checked in/checked out); and,
• Contain history (original file date and history of dates checked in/out).
- Facilitate the Inventory Pickup and transfer from the current location to the Contractor’s storage facility.
