The Vendor is required to provide for off-site data and document storage to include physical storage and exchange services of paper, film, tapes, disks, drives, etc.
- Storage includes physical storage only and does not include electronic storage such as cloud storage, enterprise content management, digital archive & imaging, on-premises, etc.
- Provide an environmentally controlled and secure off-site data and document storage facility with a delivery and pickup exchange service.
- Shall have a storage vault that is environmentally controlled to maintain a constant temperature (between 60 - 75 degrees) and a humidity level (between 50 – 55 percent) suitable for the storage of magnetic media.
- Should provide isolation and separation of Commonwealth storage from other entities or customers.
- The couriers should be in-house bonded rather than a third-party bonded courier service.
- The off-site storage facility shall be accessible twenty-four (24) hours per day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days per year.
