The Vendor is required to provide for experts in various real estate consulting disciplines who may assist the university in planning for strategy in local land transactions and identifying uses for land holdings.
- Provide for brokers to assist in land transactions, but rather local consultants who will complement our schematic design teams in preparing visioning documents, marketing packages and assistance in facilitating relationships for collaboration within the community.
- Real estate and property management department in project management of these studies and contract management between real estate, outside entities and academic departments.
