Real Estate Services

The Vendor is required to provide licensed real estate professionals or brokerages for the provision of professional real estate services to support the disposition of two municipally owned surplus properties located in state.
- Provide for the full spectrum of real estate services required to successfully list, market, and sell the identified properties.
- Services include:
• Market analysis and strategic recommendations for listing (including pricing and timing).
• Preparation of marketing materials including signage, MLS listing, and digital advertising.
• Coordinating and conducting site visits and responding to prospective purchaser inquiries.
• Assisting with negotiation and preparation of purchase offers and sales agreements.
• Facilitating transaction closing and providing regular reporting to City staff.
• Advising on legal disclosures and buyer engagement considerations based on appraisal documents.
