The vendor is required to provide a real estate firm specializing in commercial and or residential real estate to provide services for multiple properties owned by the city.
• Perform market analysis 
• Develop strategies for sale of properties 
• Work with agency attorney and administrative team to negotiate land sales with buyers and prospects 
• Coordinating real estate appraisals 
• Presentations at public meetings may be required 
• Coordinating real estate transaction closings 
• Handling all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions. services may include consultation with agency staff and the agency legal representation relating to the sale of real estate.
