Comprehensive Real Estate Services

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive real estate services for include:
1. Survey services
•    Perform boundary surveys, prepare metes and bounds descriptions and draw plats of the surveyed sites. 
•    The metes and bounds description may be used in the preparation of deeds and the plat may be recorded with the deed after the property settlement. 
•    Any and all types of property may be encountered.
•    Boundary surveys will include the installation of the appropriate monumentation on the significant property corners.
•    The survey work, site drawing and metes and bounds description will be completed and submitted to the maa within 30 days of the date of notification, or as agreed upon by both parties.
•    All data will be presented in hard copy and digital format.
•    The site drawing(s) will be presented as auto CADD files, using version auto CADD 2020 or newer, or in compatible .dwg files.
2. Appraisal services
•    Properties to be appraised, large and small, may include any and all types of zoning, including but not limited to:
o    Residential,
o    Commercial,
o    Industrial.
•    The contractor will utilize established appraisal methods to arrive at the conclusions to the fair market value and fair market rent of the subject property.
•    The property rights to be appraised may include fee simple, easement, and leasehold interest.
•    The assignments may include maa owned aeronautical and non-aeronautical property to be sold or leased, total or partial acquisitions, and may be improved or unimproved.
•    Appraisal assignments should be completed within 30 days, however certain assignments may have a shorter or longer timeframe depending on complexity.
•    Appraisals will be provided to maa in electronic pdf format.
