Appraisal Services

The vendor is required to provide appraisal services of government and privately-owned real property.
- Appraisers must submit an electronically typewritten report, with all documentation required to determine values.
- reports may require the consideration of damages or benefits to the remaining portions of the properties.
- Appraisal projects may require one or all three appraisal methods (cost approach, income approach, and market approach) based on the professional determination of the most appropriate method by the appraisers for determining the value of property taken and any resulting damages to the remainder.
- All property owners must be afforded the opportunity to accompany the appraiser on the inspection or any viewing of their property.
