Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services

The vendor is required to provide commercial real estate brokerage services for the following:
•    Understanding agency business needs, including but not limited to ideal layout, amenities, and location. 
•    Conducting a search for suitable commercial properties based on specific criteria. 
•    Coordinating property tours and evaluations.  
•    Assisting in lease negotiations and providing expert guidance throughout the process. 
•    Ensuring all documentations, timelines, and key milestones are met.
