The vendor is required to provide real estate appraisal services for include:
1. Appraisals for potential city acquisitions
•    Residential properties
•    Commercial properties
•    Industrial properties
•    Mixed-use developments
2. Appraisals for potential city dispositions
•    Selling the land or property to another party
•    Leasing land or structures to another party
•    These may include residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
3. Appraisals for public works and infrastructure projects
•    Easements and rights-of-way
•    Sidewalk installations and improvements
•    Public utilities
•    Water wells
•    Ingress and egress
•    Other public access requirements.
