Tax Appraisal Services

The vendor is required to provide tax appraisal services in connection with its defense of the city in real estate matters, including expert testimony services and litigation support in tax appeals. 
- Appraiser shall be a licensed real estate appraiser.
- Appraiser will, on an “as needed” basis, be assigned and required to provide assistance in all aspects of real estate tax appeals, tax abatements, valuation matters and other real estate tax matters, in addition to providing litigation support at all levels.
