Real Estate Consultancy Services

The vendor is required to provide real estate consultancy firms to assist county with strategic real estate planning and management services including, but not limited to, the acquisition and disposition of real property, transaction consultation and other real estate-related services as determined by county
- Future strategic real estate planning and management services:
•    Evaluate sites and buildings per recommendations in the strategic facility plan (SFP).
•    Coordinate due diligence services and assist with review of fit plans.
•    Attend and lead meetings with owners, landlords, city, and county officials as requested.
•    Prepare financial evaluations of sites and buildings to include: initial investment costs, capital budget and remodeling costs, and ongoing operational cost models.
•    Prepare organizational and departmental fit plans to include financial analysis and relocation phasing options.
•    Negotiate terms of a potential property acquisitions and dispositions.
•    Coordinate all activities related to potential acquisition or disposition of property.
•    Other real estate related services as determined by the county.
