Real Estate Appraisal Services

The Vendor is required to provide general appraisal services to the county.
- Services include:
•    Every individual appraiser identified in this proposal shall have act certification
•    Principals shall demonstrate at least five (5) years recent experience preparing appraisals for governmental entities
•    Principals shall demonstrate at least five (5) years recent experience preparing raw land and easement appraisals of properties located in county
•    One or more individual appraisers identified in this proposal shall be on the green acres certified appraisers list
•    One or more individual appraisers identified in this proposal shall be on the committee certified appraisers list
•    One or more individual appraisers identified in this proposal shall have five years of experience in eminent domain acquisition
•    One or more individual appraisers identified in this proposal shall have experience providing testimony
•    One or more individual appraisers identified in this proposal shall have experience with commercial lease valuations
