Real Estate Broker Services

The vendor is required to provide real estate brokers and firms to provide professional brokerage services for the marketing and sale of these homes.
- Requirement:
•    Perform market analysis
•    Provide the program manager with monthly activity reports
•    Provide broker’s opinions for attached properties
•    Provide professional marketing materials, including photography, for selected properties to be listed
•    Negotiate with buyers on behalf of the city
•    Coordinate real estate appraisals
•    Coordinate real estate transaction closings 
•    Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions 
•    Regular consultation with city staff relating to reporting efforts and strategies to market real estate 
•    Presentations at public meetings, as may be required.
