The vendor is required to provide real estate services including property acquisition, property disposition, easement acquisition.
- Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in identifying potential property and right-of-way acquisitions or leases based on RFTA’s identified needs.
• Estimating acquisition and disposition expenses.
• Property appraisals.
• Obtaining Title Reports.
• Assisting with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) property transaction concurrence.
• Negotiating with property owners and tenants.
• Maintaining records of notifications and contacts.
• Coordinating escrow and title work.
• Estimating relocation costs and developing relocation plans.
• Providing relocation services in accordance with Relocation Law.
• Coordinating private and public utility locates as required for related property professional land survey work.
• Acquiring both permanent and temporary easements.
• Providing any customary services offered by property acquisition firms.
• Coordinating property inspection services and Alta survey.
