The Vendor is required to provide Real Estate Services for Schools.
- The work will generally consist of providing property acquisition and/or negotiation services, appraisal of properties, market analysis reports, lease abstracts, space planning and interior layout plans, construction monitoring and reporting documents, move-in coordination plans, punch list resolution reports, and ongoing lease support documentation.
- The desired results are to secure cost-effective, functional, and well-located spaces that support administrative and programming operations, including potential adult education facilities.
- Provide relocation and leasing services, including site analysis, tenant requirement consultations, lease negotiations, market analyses, and space leasing abstracts, interior design coordination, construction monitoring, walkthroughs, and punch list management, move-in coordination, and ongoing lease-related support.
- Must also provide recommendations for surplus property disposition when applicable.
- Must certify no conflicts of interest with current or future clients, maintain required insurance coverage, and comply with all applicable state and federal laws.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
