The vendor required to provide commercial real estate services related to the sale of commercial property, specifically the country.
- Comprehensive sales and marketing knowledge of commercial real estate, including strategies to provide the maximum marketing exposure to the property and strategies conducive to obtaining the optimal pricing and returns for the property.
- Requirement:
•    Developing a marketing plan for agency, including preparation and distribution of brochures and information packages and other advertising at broker and agent's expense through appropriate media.
•    Analyzing and evaluating the financial condition of any interested buyer and all offers presented on agency and preparing recommendations to the college.
•    Maintaining escrow files on the sale, and providing information and documents necessary for escrow in preparations for closing, in conjunction with legal counsel.
