The Vendor is required to provide insurance brokers to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage services for national insurance policies currently held by the district as well as future policies that may be held by the district.
- The successful broker will provide a full range of services including, but not limited to, placing agency insurance coverage, assisting staff with insurance-related issues, and providing detailed written recommendations for insurance coverage and renewals.
- Insurance broker who will provide a wide range of services related to the organization's insurance and risk management program.
- Current insurance coverages include, but are not limited to:
• Property and Liability (Commercial Package)
• Crime
• School District Legal Liability
• Commercial Automobile
• Umbrella Liability
• Cyber Liability
- The broker shall:
• Protect the assets and financial integrity of agency through comprehensive risk management and insurance planning.
• Deliver a high level of customer service, responsiveness, and transparency.
• Apply best practices in assessing and mitigating organizational risk.
• Assist in processing information, claims, and communications efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Provide training and education to agency staff regarding insurance coverage, claims management, and risk reduction.
• Present professional recommendations and analyses to agency leadership.
• Provide expertise in loss prevention, safety programs, and claims management.
• Provide actionable ideas and recommendations to help agency achieve measurable cost savings without compromising coverage or service quality.
• Assist with completing all required paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and implement solutions that make application submissions and compliance tasks easier for the agency team.
• Agency goal is to reduce paperwork and move toward more digital, streamlined processes for collecting the information needed for premiums and claims.
• Provide analysis and recommendations as to the most cost-effective means for addressing exposure.
• Represent the organization in all negotiations with insurers, underwriters, and other parties with regard to the insurance program.
• Continually evaluate the insurance program and recommend coverage changes and improvements to provide the highest level of coverage and service at the least possible cost. Oversee and coordinate all relevant services performed by insurance companies and/or underwriters, or any service agencies.
