The vendor required to provide real estate broker capable of selling a city owned surplus property on behalf of the city as per council policy no. 134/17.
•    Any and all real estate services that are considered to be industry standard. 
•    Includes but is not limited to print advertising, web presence and signage.
•    Providing maximum exposure within both the city and outside region.
•    Providing sound real estate analysis, consulting advice and opinions.
•    Accurate and complete reports regarding the real estate transactions.
•    Leading negotiations of the sale process and preparing related documentation.
