The vendor required to provide commercial real estate brokerage services for include:
• Provide advice regarding building and property valuation
• Strategic planning for property sale or lease
• Provide progress updates and maintain timely telephone and email contact with assigned staff when there are active interests and transactions
• consult with board members and county personnel on real property deed restrictions or conditions (e.g., easements, covenants, etc.)
• Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate marketing and transactions, deliverables of which may include valuation and strategic reports that may be requested during the term of this agreement.
