Professional Real Estate Market Valuation Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate professional and appraiser firms interested in completing an "after rehab value assessment" of each single-family home that is eligible for housing rehabilitation assistance provided by the agency through its current federally funded housing improvement program.
- This requested service does not necessarily require a state license, although such credentials (or similar certifications, real estate valuation training, etc.) may be useful in demonstrating qualifications to provide the after rehab value assessment.
- Real estate professional and pay for the after rehab value assessment after a one-page report is provided to the agency.
