The Vendor is required to provide real estate services - right of way appraisal services which begins with preparation of a detailed cost estimate for negotiation, negotiation for services (NFS) – cost estimate preparation, appraisal preparation, coordination with the appraisal review manager and state appraisal reviewer, and coordination with the county’s closing attorney and condemnation attorney, as needed.
- Responsibilities
• Provide a right of way program manager to act as liaison and advisor.
• Make available all pertinent forms that are required under this contract and any necessary revisions to the forms thereafter during the life of this contract.
• Approve FMV options for processing.
• Identify as a priority all plan revisions.
• Process all check requests.
