Real Estate Appraisal Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate appraisal services to establish an eligibility list of qualified appraisers, as appraisals are required for the evaluation of properties for asset management and lease negotiation purposes.
- Responsibilities and provisions:
•    The project manager or his designee shall request in writing the necessary appraisal services required in adequate detail. 
•    Provide a letter proposal for services requested by the city (hereinafter referred to as the “letter proposal”). 
•    The letter proposal shall include the following:
o    A detailed description of the services to be provided;
o    The estimated number of hours and cost to complete the services; and
o    The time needed to finish the specific project.
