Real Estate Broker Services

The Vendor is required to provide local real estate brokers/firms to buy and sell property owned by the district.
- Professional services contract to retain a selected partner for as-needed real estate services
- Services:
•    Locate properties for purchase 
•    Perform market analysis
•    Provide opinions regarding properties that are being bought and sold
•    Provide marketing materials for properties to be listed
•    Coordinate real estate appraisals
•    Coordinate real estate transaction closings
•    Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions
