Real Estate Development Services

The Vendor is required to provide for real estate development services.
- Developers role:
• Provide or arrange for the provision of all services that are necessary for the development of the Project, including without limitation all master planning, financing activities, and services;
• Provide regular reports to the agency on the progress of the development efforts including work completed, associated costs, schedule and budgetary requirements;
• Prepare any financing applications as necessary to ensure overall Project feasibility;
• Develop a construction strategy and implementation schedule;
• Undertake environmental and geotechnical testing;
• Oversee design, construction, and quality control of the development;
• Procure the construction contractor;
• Selection of third-party contractors including design professionals;
• Provide a completion guarantee to the agency, all guarantees required by any other guarantee required by third parties;
• Review, recommend, and submit draw requests for approval and disbursement; and
• Obtain all required building permits, and other regulatory approvals.
