The Vendor is required to provide exclusive commercial brokerage representative for the marketing and sale of selected parcels.
- Requirement:
• Review available site information and advice on go-to-market positioning for junction 42 and individual parcels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including target sectors, target companies, channels, and a timeline.
• Create and coordinate marketing collateral (e.g., listing sheets, offering memoranda, presentations), using county brand direction where provided.
• List and promote parcels through appropriate platforms (e.g., brokerage networks, industry channels, databases) and direct outreach to prospects.
• Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, coordinate site tours and meetings, and maintain a prospect pipeline.
• Coordinate with county administration, planning, and economic development personnel as needed to support accurate information flow.
• Negotiate offers, prepare and coordinate required transactional documentation (as applicable), and support due diligence through to closing.
• This will be in collaboration with the land and economic development manager.
• Provide regular written reporting (e.g., monthly) on activities, leads, feedback, and recommended adjustments.
• Support participation in select events or campaigns, as mutually agreed (e.g., trade shows, investor missions).
