Real Estate Broker Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate broker services in support of the district’s property acquisition needs.
- Real estate consulting services throughout the term of the agreement, such as, the purchase and sale of property, feasibility studies of possible school sites, be able to negotiate prices for the different site options, provide estimates of development costs for each option and support recommendations with written documents to the district.
