The Vendor is required to provide currently requesting professional services that include property appraisal, property acquisition (including relocation), easement acquisition, and right of-entry documentation services.
- The number of road improvement, drainage improvement, and infrastructure maintenance construction projects has increased significantly over the past year and is expected to continue to increase.
- Services to be rendered, including but not limited to, the following:
• Appraise and acquire parcels and easements
• The applicant performing appraisal services must be certified by the state as a certified general appraiser
• Acquisition agent or negotiator must be a licensed real estate agent
• All appraisals shall be performed in accordance with agency requirements, including all required reports and data books.
• Work will be performed under separate task orders, and a cost proposal shall be submitted per task order. All bids shall be returned with a parcel-by-parcel price, a total cost, and a time of completion after the task order is issued.
