Real Estate Brokerage Services

The Vendor is required to provide the economic development and redevelopment agency for the City, requests proposals from qualified and experienced real estate brokers to represent the Agency in the sale of three (3) leased real properties located county.
- Parcels D, E and G; for real estate marketing and brokerage services to support the sale of the vacant leased Properties targeted for future retail development.
- Provide necessary market listing services including, but not limited to, developing marketing strategies and materials, actively soliciting tenant, buyer, developer and broker interest, showing the Property space to prospective tenant/buyers/developers, and recommending leasehold sale price, terms and conditions.
- Screen prospective tenants/buyers/developers using established criteria.
- Document all actions and contacts and provide regular reporting on marketing and prospect activity.
